Support and help in solving difficult problems have always been things I enjoy. Therefore I decided to tutor Quantitative Methods I and II at the University last year. My goal was not to just do exercises, but especially give them an overview over the subject to see how the loose parts come together in a network. After fourteen weeks of tutoring I noticed how much I enjoyed it, but moreover, I also saw that the students enjoyed my different approach to teaching. Instead of passive teaching, I enjoy brainstorming all together as a group with lots of space for personal contact and development.
