Satisfied or Reimbursed Policy

At Success Formula, we provide a satisfaction protection by providing a satisfied or reimbursed policy. Here is how the process works:

  1. The student takes the class and is unfortunately not satisfied
  2. The student writes to within 2 days after the end of the session the reason for the dissatisfaction
  3. Success Formula will then refund (within 7 working days) the program fee or cancel the invoice if the class has not been paid yet

To use this policy, the following requirements need to be met:

  • You are first time a customer for a group session OR it is your first session with a new tutor for private tutoring
  • In case you request the refund of a program composed of multiple sessions, the request must be made after the first meeting
  • You sent the email on time (latest 2 days after your (first) session)
  • You let us know what you do not like (any reason is a good reason, we just want to know in order to improve)
