Satisfied or Reimbursed Policy

Success Formula Satisfaction Policy

At Success Formula, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your experience, we offer a “satisfied or reimbursed” guarantee. Here’s how the process works:

  1. If you’re not satisfied with the class, simply inform us.
  2. Within 2 days after the session ends, send an email to info@successformula.nl, outlining the reason for your dissatisfaction.
  3. We will process your request by refunding the program fee or canceling the invoice within 7 working days, if applicable.

To be eligible for this policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • You are a first-time customer for a group session or it’s your first session with a new tutor for private tutoring.
  • If you’re requesting a refund for a multi-session program, the request must be made after your first session.
  • You must send your email within 2 days of your (first) session.
  • You need to share the reason for your dissatisfaction (any reason is valid as we want to improve).
