Forgot to Add Your Coupon or Had Trouble Using It?
No worries at all — we understand that sometimes you might forget to apply a coupon during checkout or run into a technical issue. Luckily, it’s not a problem! If this happened to you, just send us an email at [email protected]. In your message, make sure to mention your order number and the coupon code you wanted to use. We’ll manually take care of applying the discount for you.
Please note that we can only process your request if you reach out within 24 hours of placing your order and if the program you booked has not yet taken place. As long as those two conditions are met, we’re happy to help and make sure everything gets sorted for you.
