This privacy policy applies to all services of Success Formula. You must know that Success Formula is not responsible for the privacy policy of other websites and other sources. By using our website you acknowledge to accept our privacy policy.

Success Formula respects the privacy of all the visitors/users of its website and ensures that all personal information shared with Success Formula will be dealt with in a strictly confidential manner. Our service is carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

In all cases, your data is collected on our website and then stored on a database which is hosted on a secured third party server (leading cloud service provider).

In case you sign up for our email newsletter, your data will be collected from our website and then stored on a secured server from our marketing automation platform.

The entries marked [tracking] above describe data that tracking cookies would collect. This website sets no tracking cookies, and nothing about your visit is sent to Google, Facebook or any advertising service for measurement or advertising. We do measure visits and loading speed without cookies, using two tools from our hosting provider Vercel. They are described under “Website statistics and performance measurement” below. Should we ever set a tracking cookie, this statement and the Cookies Statement will be updated before any such cookie is set.

We will not combine your personal data with any other data. Please see the “how is the data collected?” section to see when this information is collected from you and it if applies to you. Look into the “Why are we collecting your data” to understand the reason for the collection.

Recruitment data

When you apply for a job through our website, we use the service of Perspective (perspective.co). The information you submit during the application process are collected by them and stored for us. This may include your name, contact information, resume/CV, cover letter, and any other information you choose to share with us as part of your application. How is the data collected?

Account Creation

While signing up on our website we ask you identification information as a username and a password.

Order/Booking Creation

While making an order we ask you identification information such as a username and a password (in case you do not already have an account) as well as your address, a phone number, and an e-mail address. No IP address is attached to your order.

Email/Whatsapp Newsletter sign-up

It is possible for you to sign up to our newsletter. In that case, we will request an email and/or phone number and name in order to personalize your newsletter and send it to you.

Contact forms

In order to facilitate contacting us, multiple contact forms are available on our website. In order to answer you properly, we request an email address and your name plus any information that might help us answering you (e.g. any order number you have questions upon).

For messages sent through our contact forms we do not store your IP address itself. We store only a one-way value derived from it, which cannot be read back as an address and which we use for nothing but limiting how many messages a single sender can send in one hour.

Tracking cookie

This website uses no tracking cookie. Neither Google Analytics nor the Facebook Pixel is present on it, and no advertising service is either. We do measure visits and loading speed with two tools from our hosting provider Vercel. They set no cookie and store nothing in your browser. They are described under “Website statistics and performance measurement” below. Your behavior is not tracked across other websites, no profile is built from it, and nothing about your visit is shared with Facebook, Google or any advertising service for measurement or advertising.

Website statistics and performance measurement

We use two measurement tools from our hosting provider, Vercel Inc. in the United States: “Web Analytics” and “Speed Insights”. They show us which pages are used and how fast the website loads. We use this to improve the website.

Web Analytics counts page views. On every page view, a small script that is served from our own domain sends the following to Vercel:

The address of the page — with order numbers removed (an order page is recorded as /order/[orderNumber]) and with everything after a “?” removed

The page you came from — only if you came from another website

Your approximate location (country, region and city), derived from your IP address

Your browser and its version, your operating system and its version, and your device type (mobile, desktop or tablet)

Web Analytics sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. To tell visitors apart, Vercel uses a value calculated from your request (Vercel calls it “a hash created from the incoming request”). Vercel states that this visitor session is not stored permanently and is discarded after 24 hours, and that the data points are not tied to any individual or IP address.

We see only aggregated statistics: the number of visitors, the most visited pages, countries, browsers and devices. There is no cross-site tracking, no profiling and no advertising, and nothing is shared with Google or Facebook.

Speed Insights measures how fast pages load and respond in your browser (the “Core Web Vitals”). With each measurement it sends Vercel the page address (again without order numbers and without anything after a “?”), the page type (route), the speed class of your network connection (for example 4g), your browser, your device type, your operating system and your country. For some measurements it also sends which element of the page was involved — for example the button that was pressed, identified by its place in the page’s code — and the kind of input (for example a tap or a key press). It never sends what you typed. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser.

Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest. That interest is improving the website and its speed on the basis of aggregated statistics. You can object to this at any time; see “Your right to object” below.

We do not ask for your consent, because no consent is required for this kind of limited measurement under Dutch law.

Vercel Inc. is our processor under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR). It is also our hosting provider.

Vercel Inc. is in the United States. Transfers of data to it rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR). These are part of Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum, which you can read at https://vercel.com/legal/dpa

The visitor session is discarded after 24 hours. The aggregated statistics stay available to us for the reporting period of our Vercel plan. That is currently up to 12 months for page statistics.

Why are we collecting the data?

All the data we collect, except for the website statistics, are necessary in order to perform our service contract pursuant to letter b of article 6 GDPR. We process the website statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to letter f of article 6 GDPR. That interest is improving our website and its speed on the basis of aggregated statistics. See “Website statistics and performance measurement” above.

It is not collected with an order, so it cannot be used to investigate whether an order was made by you.

The six entries above from “Behavior” onwards describe what tracking cookies would be collected for. This website sets none, but our website statistics collect part of that data without cookies. They collect which pages are seen, your browser, your device type and operating system, the speed class of your connection and, for loading-speed measurements, which element of the page was involved (for example a button that was pressed). They do not collect how long a page is viewed, your network provider or the full HTTP headers your browser sends. See “Website statistics and performance measurement” above.

Will the data be shared with any third parties?

We will never share your information with any third parties except if the requesting third party is an (governmental) organization with a rightful claim upon your data. For example, the Tax Authorities could be asking for our invoices, which contains some of the personal data mentioned above. Vercel Inc., which also hosts this website, processes the website statistics on our behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR).

How long will the data be kept?

Your data is kept as long as it is needed from a legal point of view (7 years for the invoices). After this period, your data is still retained in case you decide to re-use your account at any point in time. However, you have the right to request a data deletion of data at which point we will fully remove all your data. Please see “What rights do I have regarding the given data?” for more information on your rights. For the website statistics, the visitor session is discarded after 24 hours. The aggregated statistics stay available to us for the reporting period of our Vercel plan, which is currently up to 12 months for page statistics.

What rights do I have regarding the given data?

The following rights are yours and can be called at any time.

Right of Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) — You have the right to be forgotten and ask us to delete your data (within the limit of the law, e.g. we cannot delete your data from a previous issued invoice)

Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR) — You have the right to receive your data in a structure and machine readable format

Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR) — You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing of your data that we base on our legitimate interest. That is the case for the website statistics (see “Your right to object”)

For the data stored for analytics purpose on Google & Facebook, it is impossible for us or anybody else to know which data is yours as it totally anonymized and then aggregated by Google & Facebook. This website currently sends no data to either, so there is none of yours held there through it.

We will process your request in collaboration with our recruitment partner (perspective.co) and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Your right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your data for the website statistics (Web Analytics and Speed Insights) described above. We base that processing on our legitimate interest. You can therefore object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Please note what an objection can and cannot do here. The statistics are not linked to you: Vercel states that the data points are not tied to any individual or IP address, and the visitor session is discarded after 24 hours. We therefore cannot find your measurements, remove them, or switch the measurement off for you alone.

You can prevent the measurement yourself by turning off JavaScript for this website in your browser. Parts of the website then no longer work.
