Everything in your account
We do not email slides. They appear in your account around 24 hours before the session — sometimes earlier — and stay there for as long as you need them.
Your account lists every past and upcoming booking. If a booking is not listed, it did not go through — and you will know straight away.
Cannot make one of your group meetings? Ask for a switch and we will find you another slot. As often as you need, at no cost — as long as there is space available in the other group.

We are students and alumni of Maastricht University who tutor the courses we took ourselves. Success Formula has been running for more than ten years, and in that time over 6,990 students have sat in one of our classes.
Everyone who teaches here passed the same paper you are preparing for, and passed it well — our average tutor GPA is 8.62. That is the whole idea: the person explaining it remembers what was confusing about it.

At Success Formula, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your experience, we offer a Satisfied or Reimbursed guarantee. To utilize this policy:
– You must be a first-time customer for a group session or it’s your first session with a new tutor for private tutoring.
– If your program consists of multiple sessions, the refund request must be made after the first meeting.
– Send an email to info@successformula.nl within 2 days after the end of the session, explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction.
That’s right! If you refer a friend to Success Formula, you can receive a reward. To do so, simply tell us about your friend at info@successformula.nl. Please note that your friend must not already be a student at Success Formula. Once they sign up through your referral and complete their booking, you’ll receive your reward as a thank you from us! It’s a win-win — your friend gets access to great courses, and you get rewarded for spreading the word.
We offer Early Bird pricing on many of our programs if you book early enough. This includes discounts on Weekly Meetings, Crash Courses, and Exam Trainings. The earlier you book, the better the price — so be sure to check for early bird options when planning your studies.
All our classes will take place regardless of the date. However, we fully understand you might have made other plans. For this reason, if you cannot make it to your class, simply write to us at info@successformula.nl, and we will try to reschedule you to a session on a different day.
Yes, that’s totally normal! We don’t send slides by email. Instead, you can download your slides directly from your account. Slides become available 24 hours before your session (sometimes even earlier). Please note that slides are only accessible once your booking has been paid. If you’ve completed your payment but still can’t access your slides, just send us an email at info@successformula.nl and we’ll sort it out together.
You can easily download invoices for all your past bookings by logging into your account at successformula.nl/my-account/. Once you’re logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page where you’ll see a list of all your bookings. Each one has a downloadable invoice available. If you’re missing an invoice or run into any issues, feel free to email us at info@successformula.nl. We’ll be happy to help!
Absolutely! If you’re unable to attend a session, please let us know at info@successformula.nl as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to find an alternative session for you. We understand that plans can change, and you’re welcome to switch sessions multiple times if needed. We no longer charge any fees for switching within your booked program. Please note, though, that we do maintain strict limits on class sizes to ensure quality. This means that we can only accommodate your request if there is space available in another group. If all sessions are already full, we unfortunately won’t be able to move you.
