We are looking for a student to help us with handling the increasing amount of student requests we get on multiple platforms. Additionally, the student would be responsible to look out for the the good standing of our school by regularly checking if the school is fully supplied (pens, papers, etc..), as well as arranging its cleaning time with our cleaner when needed.
This job is not a fixed hour job, as student requests can come at any time, and you can handle the school supplies and cleaning supervision the way you desire.
The work location is up to you. You are free to handle the student requests from wherever you want (including the school if you wish, to which you will have full access).
- Handle the student requests received by email, Facebook messages, and WhatsApp
- Regularly check our supplies and inventory and re-order when needed
- Oversee the cleaning process of the school by scheduling cleaning times
- Small cleaning jobs, such as throwing away the trash or ensuring the kitchen is clean
- Small fixing jobs, such as hanging a frame or screwing a loose screw
- You are a student
